Refund, Returns and Exchange Policy
You must return orders within 3 business days from your delivery date to receive a refund to your original payment method, minus the shipping cost.
If you're unable to return your order within the first 3 business days, don't worry! We offer returns for store credit within 30 days from your order delivery date.
Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:
- Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- To be eligible for a refund your item(s) must be unused, unwashed and in the same original packaging.
- To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned order. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. Javon Antwan reserves the right to approve or reject store refund request.
Please allow 5 business days for your return to be processed from the date we receive it.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 24 hours. You will receive either a refund to your original payment method or store credit. Refunds reflecting in your bank account will vary depending on your bank or financial institution. Store credit coupon will be emailed and is redeemable as soon as you receive it. All store credit coupons are valid for one year from the date it was issued to the customer.
Final Sale items
The following items are considered "Final Sale" and cannot be refunded.
- Bodysuits (male and female)
- All Cover-Up Apparel (mesh/sheer fabrics)
- Sale Items
At the present time, we do not offer exchanges but customers are more than welcome to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our Return Policy.
